Fermenting foods may have started as a preservation technique to sustain Summer produce through the Winter months, but more recently it has become recognised as an important key to achieving optimum digestive health.

In this two and a half hour workshop we will explore the benefits of making ferments part of your dietary routine & some approachable techniques for making your own at home.

Not just recipes to follow, but techniques you can use and adapt to your own tastes will include...
• sauerkraut / kim chi
• polski olgorki
• coconut yoghurt
• kombucha

This evening event will include lots of tastings of the recipes in progress as well as a dinner ‘box’ loaded with fermented veggie goodness, so you will be well fed! Do please let us know if you have special dietary requirements / allergies.

Doors will be open at 5.30pm and we’ll be kicking off the workshop at 6pm on the button so we can get through a huge line up of awesomely healthy food, so make sure you are on time!
Printed notes & recipes will be provided and you are welcome to make your own notes and take photo’s... but no videos, please.
