Hormones affect us in many ways - physically, emotionally, mentally and sexually and as hormones change throughout your monthly cycle you have peaks and lows. By understanding how your body and hormones work you can then start to adjust your diet, lifestyle and routine to follow the flow of your cycle.
Join Rebecca Hall, Naturopath who will help you understand what happens during your monthly cycle, how to start appreciating your flow and live in harmony with your natural patterns. Rebecca will also share information on diet, lifestyle and herbs that can assist hormones, reduce PMS and period pain and help you into a healthy, happy menstural flow!
This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’ and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed!
Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6:00pm, so make sure you’re here on time to get yourself a plant food dinner 'box' and a good seat!
