Inflammation plays many different roles in our health which can be good, bad and sometimes ugly.
It is important for immune function and healing but when out of balance it can cause disarray in our body and is the underlying driver of many long term health issues.
Rebecca will talk about what nutrients are important to balance inflammation and the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet.
Also how genetics, environment, toxins and disease can contribute to an imbalance and
how to decrease your risk for inflammation and long term heath issues.
This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’
and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed!
Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6:00pm,
