Learn how to sit more comfortably at your computer, on your phone, at work, watching television, in the car, on a horse, and anywhere your life requires you to sit!

+ Discover why ‘correct sitting posture’ is impossible to maintain.

+ Learn that healthy sitting is dynamic and involves your brain.

+ Discover how to organise your own body for sitting well; wherever you sit, whatever you do.

+ No pushing: heal through small, slow, gentle and easy movements instead (On a mat on the floor or in a chair)

+ Feel at home in your body and develop loving kindness towards yourself as you embrace ease and grace.
