Join Rebecca Hall to discuss how our diet influences our mental health and what diet is best for mental and emotional well-being. Our body makes brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) which are messengers that influence your mood and thoughts. We need nutrients from our food as building blocks to make these brain chemicals. This presentation will cover what food and nutrients are important for good mental health and the effect of nutrient deficiencies on your mood. Also how you can reduce your risk or prevent mental disorders through diet and nutrition.
This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions,a plant food dinner ‘box’ and some sweet nibbles,
so you will be well fed and well informed!
Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6:00pm,
so make sure you’re here on time to get yourself a cuppa and a good seat!
