Not just recipes to follow, but ideas and techniques you can adapt to your own requirements will include….
- making raw salads which you will want to devour!
- navigating raw v’s cooked foods
- flavourful raw sauces to use on both hot & cold dishes
- adding fermented elements to your meals.
This evening event will involve eating all of the dishes which are demonstrated — so you will be well fed! Do please let us know if you have special dietary requirements / allergies before the day of the event so we can cater for you.
Printed notes & recipes will be provided and you are welcome to make your own notes and take photo’s… but no videos, please.
Doors will be open at 5:30pm and we’ll be kicking off the workshop at 6pm so we can get through a huge line up of awesomely healthy food, so make sure you are on time!
