Nutrition on a Plant Based Diet

For those of us choosing to follow an entirely or mostly plant based diet, it may seem that we are naturally feeding our bodies all of the goodness it needs, however attention needs to given to the balance of nutrients we’re actually taking in.

Rebecca Hall, naturopath from The Maylands Wellness Centre, will take us through the essentials we need to thrive — what & how much of certain foods we need to be eating to avoid the nutritional pitfalls and ensure we’re getting all the protein, vitamins & minerals we need in forms our bodies can absorb & use.

This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’ and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed!

Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6:00pm,
so make sure you’re here on time to get yourself a cuppa and a good seat!
