Rebecca Hall, naturopath from The Maylands Wellness Centre, will take us through the essentials we need to thrive — what & how much of certain foods we need to be eating to avoid the nutritional pitfalls and ensure we’re getting all the protein, vitamins & minerals we need in forms our bodies can absorb & use.
This morning event will include free flowing iced herbal infusions and a chia pot.
Doors will be open at 9:30am and the talk will start at 10:00am,
