A healthy microbiome not only helps to digest your food and absorb nutrients, it performs many functions such as regulating appetite, helping maintain healthy metabolism and weight, is key to your immunity against infections, improving mood and restful sleep!

Over time, stress, poor diet, alcohol, pharmaceutical medicines and all kinds of environmental toxins can increase detrimental bacteria and decrease beneficial bacteria species resulting in an imbalanced gut microbiome.

In this talk Natalie will walk you through the tools you need
to create a Healthy Gut Microbiome and discuss:
• The interdependence of the Gut microbiome, health and weight;
• How the Gut microbiome influences immunity and mood;
• Foods and over-the-counter medications that contribute to chronic gut microflora imbalance;
• Prebiotic, probiotic and fermented foods that create a flourishing micro biome.

This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’ and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed! Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6pm, so make sure you’re here on time to get yourself a cuppa and a good seat!
