Rebecca will cover the different types of sugar, how to reduce sugar cravings and what our genes have to do with how well we tolerate sugar. As well as discussing sugar alternatives and how to reduce sugar cravings.
This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’ and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed!
Doors will be open at 6:30pm and the talk will start at 7:00pm,
