In this two and a half hour workshop we will explore the benefits of low temperature food preparation, experience how it can enhance the beautiful, natural flavours of plant food and create delectable healthier alternatives to baked and cooked foods.
Not just recipes to follow, but techniques you can use and adapt to your own tastes will include...

This evening event will include lots of tastings of the recipes in progress, so you will be well fed — dinner is covered!

Doors will be open at 6pm and we’ll be kicking off the workshop at 6:30pm on the button so we can get through a huge line up of awesomely healthy food, so make sure you are on time!
