Rebecca Hall will help you to understand the effects of everyday stress on your physical & mental health, how your adrenal function works and what it means to have 'adrenal fatigue'.  

We all experience a little stress in our lives, from time to time this is normal and can actually help us to achieve more than we thought we could! These days, however, it seems that there is more pressure than ever before as we all try to do more with our time and carry communication devices with us which bring our work home with us and our personal pressure to work... and never more so than at the end of the year when our 'to do' lists seem to double! This event is about understanding how your body responds to stress and learning some essential strategies to manage the stresses of a busy lifestyle, to optimise your energy both for the long term and to get the most enjoyment out of the crazy Summer festive season!

This evening event will include free flowing herbal infusions, a plant food dinner ‘box’
and some sweet nibbles, so you will be well fed and well informed!

Doors will be open at 5:30pm and the talk will start at 6:00pm,
so make sure you’re here on time to get yourself a cuppa and a good seat!
