Navigating the 'why and 'how' of putting more raw plant based goodness into your daily routine... with some very 'do-able' & enjoyable recipes and techniques you'll want to use!
In this three hour workshop we will touch on the key issues in choosing how to change up your eating habits to achieve your own personal health goals and explore the basic elements of raw plant based foods.
Not just recipes to follow, but techniques you can use and adapt to your own tastes will include...
1) using nuts and seeds to make delicious replacements for the dairy in your diet,
2) ramping up your nutrient intake with superfoods such as chia, kale, goji berries and supergreens powders,
3) making tasty veggie noodles
4) and, of course, some simple but delectable sweet bites without the refined sugar!
This evening event will include lots of tastings of the recipes in progress as well as a raw dinner ‘box’, so you will be well fed! Do please let us know if you have special dietary requirements / allergies.
Printed notes & recipes will be provided and you are welcome to make your own notes and take photo’s... but no videos, please.
Doors will be open at 5:30pm and we’ll be kicking off the workshop at 6pm so we can get through a huge line up of awesomely healthy food, so make sure you are on time!
